3️⃣. 21 Day Awakening Journey Course Curriculum:
The 21 Day Awakening Journey has 4 main parts:
It starts with a 3-day intro. You’ll do some thinking exercises and watch a video that shows you how to breathe the right way. This gets you ready for the first live session.
The main course lasts 3 weeks. Each week, you’ll have one live session. You’ll also get recordings to guide you and exercises to do daily. The course ends with a final group call.
In each breathing session, you’ll do 5-10 minutes of deep belly breathing, then hold your breath for 4-5 minutes. The goal is to get your blood oxygen level to 80-85% for 2-3 minutes while holding your breath.
The course has three stages. First is the Initiation Phase with a 20-minute guided breathing session. Next is the Awakening Phase with a 40-minute session to wake up your body’s natural healing. Last is the SOMA Phase with a 60-minute session for the best experience.
This plan helps you learn and practice step by step, improving your breathing skills over 21 days.
