1.1 Definition. The “Services” consist of an online platform for accessing and purchasing educational courses and related materials located at https://trustcourses.com or another URL we designate (the “Website”). The Services enable Users to browse, purchase, and access digital courses in areas such as internet marketing, personal development, real estate investing, trading, dating and relationships, mindset and NLP.

 

1.2 Updates; Additional Services. The Services include all updates, modifications and enhancements thereto that TrustCourses elects to make generally available to its users of the Services at no additional charge (“Updates”). All Updates shall be subject to the terms of this Agreement. 

 

 

2.1 Right to Use Services. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, TrustCourses hereby grants you permission to access and use the Services and the Website solely for your own personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with this Agreement. 3.1 Registration. To register as a User of the Services, you must create a user account (“User Account”) by following the registration procedures set forth on the Website. Each User Account is intended for use by an individual user.

 

3.2 User Responsibilities. 7.2 You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to grant the licenses in this section and that your User Content does not violate any law or infringe any third party rights.

 

 

THE SERVICES AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TRUSTCOURSES DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

 

 

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL TRUSTCOURSES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES OR ANY CONTENT, HOWEVER CAUSED, WHETHER BASED IN CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF TRUSTCOURSES HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

 

 

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TrustCourses and its officers, directors, employees and agents, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Services or your violation of this Agreement.

 

 

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You and TrustCourses agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within Singapore.

 

 

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will post the updated Agreement on the Website and update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this Agreement.
